St. Aloysius Girls Senior Secondary School, Bwanda is situated at Holy Family Convent, Bwanda in Villa Maria Parish, Kalungu District, Masaka Diocese, Uganda.
It was established in 1954 with the aim of imparting Catholic values coupled with normal education according to the Uganda National Curriculum to young girls who wished to join Bannabikira - Daughters of Mary Sisters.
In the 1990s, the school sought to widen its scope due to public demand to include all girls from Catholic families with good reputation; aiming at educating and raising up God – fearing and responsible Catholic citizens. It is an ‘O’ and ‘A’ level Boarding Girls Senior Secondary School offering both Arts and Sciences.
